Standard Rooming
All entries include two golfers sharing a run of the house room.This means that your room will be determined at check in based on availability. A high percentage will be garden-view rooms depending on hotel occupancy. Additional night’s accommodations at the hotel are available for $225.00 per room/per night before or after the tournament. Your entry fee includes hotel room during the official dates of the tournament.

Optional Rooming

Non-golfing guest: Participants may choose to bring a non-golfing guest and share a room with this person. In this case, the non-golfing guest pays a fee that includes 1/2 of the room cost, breakfast, included functions, welcome gifts, and a menu of various activities to choose from. Because of the agreement with the tournament host hotel (and sponsor), any adult sharing a room with a golfer must pay the non-golfer fee regardless of their decision to attend functions, eat breakfast, etc.Non-golfer fee is $1575.00 per person

Single room supplement: Participants often desire their own single room (instead of sharing with another golfer). Please note the following: 1) If non-golfing guest accompanies golfer who requested single room, the non-golfer fee will be added to tournament billing. 2) Those requesting single rooms will most likely receive a room with two queen beds. This is due to the confirguration of the hotel, and most rooms with King sized beds are reserved for "couples". Requests for King sized beds for single golfers utilizing one room will not be granted in almost all cases.Single supplement fee is $695.00 (includes the 5 tournament nights)

Upgrading your room: Your week in Puerto Vallarta will be a special one. You may choose to enhance the experience by upgrading your room to meet your desires. The following information notes details and prices for upgrades. It lists tournament upgrade prices which include the 5 tournament nights of the event. It also includes the per room cost for any extra nights for those wishing to extend their trip. Note that all prices are PER ROOM, and include daily breakfast and hotel taxes.

DELUXE OCEAN VIEW

These rooms have ocean views. Requesting this upgrade does not guarantee precise location, but it does note that your room will be "ocean view".

DELUXE OCEAN FRONT

These rooms (very limited) are on the north wing of the hotel, and are ideally located ocean front. The large majority of these rooms have two beds.
Tournament upgrade fee for 5 nights: $475
Additional nights fee: $315

JUNIOR SUITE

Spacious full ocean view, one-bedroom king suite with separate living room, pull-out sofa bed, and large terrace.
Tournament upgrade fee for 5 nights: $1050
Additional nights fee: $430

Additional night’s accommodation per room/per night (in addition to the 5 nights that are included). Includes full breakfast and hotel taxes.

EMPEROR SUITE

Spacious full ocean view, one-bedroom king suite with large separate living room, pull-out .sofa bed, large terrace, & wet bar. Connecting double/double room available (sold separately).
Tournament upgrade fee for 5 nights: $1375
Additional nights fee: $495

Additional night’s accommodation per room/per night (in addition to the 5 nights that are included). Includes full breakfast and hotel taxes.

GOVERNOR SUITE

Executive-style full ocean view, one-bedroom king suite with pull-out sofa bed. Connecting double/double room available (sold separately).
Tournament upgrade fee for 5 nights: $1775
Additional nights fee: $575

LUXURY SUITE

Located on the fifth floor of the Azteca building. Spacious full ocean view, one-bedroom king suite with large separate living room and pull-out sofa bed, half bath, large terrace with whirlpool.
Tournament upgrade fee for 5 nights: $2150
Additional nights fee: $650

AMBASSADOR SUITE

Spacious full ocean view, one-bedroom king suite, with large separate living room and .pull-out sofa bed, large terrace with whirlpool.
